About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Catering & Sales Executive to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new catering business, developing corporate accounts, managing client relationships, promoting our F&B; services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for corporate catering, events, group dining, and F&B; services.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, companies, ministries, institutions, hotels, schools, and event organizers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote catering services for corporate meetings, conferences, training programs, lunches, dinners, private parties, VIP events, and outdoor functions.
- Conduct regular client visits, sales calls, presentations, and business meetings.
- Respond to catering enquiries and prepare quotations, proposals, menus, and packages.
- Coordinate food tastings and client presentations in cooperation with the Chef and Operations Team.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, proposals, and leads to convert opportunities into confirmed business.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized catering solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
- Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, enquiries, and sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Develop repeat business and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.




- Coordinate with the Operations and Kitchen Teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed catering events.
- Collect client feedback and maintain strong post-event relationships.
- Prepare regular sales activity, pipeline, and revenue reports for management.
- Support restaurant promotions, group bookings, private events, and other sales initiatives.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in restaurant sales, hotel sales, catering, hospitality, or F&B; business development is preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the corporate and hospitality market in Muscat/Oman is an advantage.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into business.
- Target-oriented, proactive, confident, and well organized.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic or additional languages will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Oman driving license is preferred.
