About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Outbound Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team on a remote, contract basis. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, hit targets, and grow into a long-term position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads to generate interest and drive sales
Clearly explain product/service offerings and address customer queries
Follow up consistently with leads to convert prospects into customers
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,



and outcomes in CRM/tracking tools
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Escalate complex queries to the relevant team when necessary
Provide feedback on customer objections and market trends to improve sales strategy
Requirements
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
Technical: Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software
Experience: 0–2 years in sales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome)
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Good listening skills and a persuasive, customer-friendly attitude
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
