AB InBev India is looking to hire Assistant Manager -QA Analytical for its Supply team based out of Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

Purpose

Lead the civil construction of responsible project from ES, quality, schedule, cost control perspective. Help the team to hit the final target.

Responsibilities

1. Calibration and maintenance of all BQA instruments and strictly fallowing BQA SOPs.
2. Analysis of In-Process Samples and highlighting deviations.
3. Ensure reliable and accurate data is supplied through use of BWC and control chart.
4. Maintenance of all records and updation of AB data sheet regularly.
5. Conduct PRP audits and 5S Audits on regular Intervals.
6. Maintaining 5s in lab.
7. Subject matter expert of instrument of GC's, Alcolyser, DMA, Sodium Meter, pH meter, Gas cylinder, centrifuge, sonicator, hot water bath and Mash Bath. Foam analyzer
8. Instrument Management.
9. Enthusiastic team player in Environmental Pillar.
10. Qualified Taster. Set Up daily Taste panel.
11. Trainer of new Brewing Quality Analyst.
12. Brewing quality improvement analysis.
13. Develop and implement Process checklist and audit.
14.



Conduct and track of brewery PRP audit.
15. Ensures all BQA lab consumables and inventory are maintained.
16. Adhere to all safety requirements.
17. Review daily data, control charts, calibration and maintenance logs.
18. Maintenance of Data Transfer Sheet and KPI related to BQA.
19. 5 S maintenance in the BQA lab.
20. UT sample arrangement for Tasting.
21. Updation of Monthly KPI.
22. Keep QC manager and shift brewers updated on daily brewing quality issues.
23. Train as microbiologist Relief.
24. Lead one of VPO pillar as per plant VPO PMO RACI.
25. Train as instrumentation analysis Relief
26. Global brand dot graph updation.
27. Consumer and customer complaint tracking and investigation.
28. BAPS analysis and validation
29. Maintain analysis frequency as per MMSP
30. NPD samples analysis and reporting
31. BWC policy to followed as per given guideline

Qualification

Education:

Science Graduate / Post Graduate.

Experience:

3 Years in Brewing QA functioning.

Technical competencies:(Job related) :

- Good understanding of Quality SOP’s and Standards.
- Valuable at communication skills.
- Good knowledge on the Lab Instruments.
