TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

➢ Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.

➢ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering
with customers and understanding their needs.

➢ Identify emerging business development opportunities while being fully aware
of current products and competition status.

➢ Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's share
at key accounts. Coordinate with Projects, Application, and Support teams to
discuss and solve customer challenges.





➢ Engage at multiple levels and build brand value and rapport amongst key
stakeholders at customer organizations.

➢ Conduct brand promotion activities, seminars, and product training programs at
customer locations.

➢ Participate in major trials, troubleshooting activities, and documentation in
coordination with CVF. Perform customer mapping and maintain customer profile
cards.

➢ Negotiate with direct customers and channel partners to secure business
orders.

➢ Coordinate with external and internal teams regarding payment follow-ups,
order booking, and related business issues.

➢ Implement business contracts as per customer terms and conditions.

PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS

➢ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering,
Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy, or equivalent.

➢ 5 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or
business development within the cutting tools, to
