Job Description:

Key Requirements:
 Mechanical Engineering background is preferred, as the role involves
procurement related to fire protection/project materials.
 2-5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Fire Protection,
MEP, EPC, Engineering or Project-based industries.
 Good knowledge of project material procurement, vendor development, price
negotiation and cost control.
 Experience in PO processing, PR-to-PO conversion, vendor coordination, GRN
and invoice coordination.
 Ability to identify and develop reliable vendors and ensure timely delivery of project
materials.
 Good understanding of technical/project requirements and coordination with
Engineering, Projects, Stores and Accounts teams.
 Experience with SAP/ERP systems will be preferred.
 Candidate should have valuable negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
Important: Please give preference to candidates with a Mechanical Engineering
background and experience in Fire Protection , as the position is specifically related to
Fire Protection Projects.
