Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Salesforce Development & Configuration

* Build and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web
Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative configuration.
* Implement user stories and requirements in alignment with architectural
guidance and established coding standards.
* Customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation
rules, profiles, and permission sets.




* Develop integrations with upstream and downstream systems using Salesforce
APIs and integration patterns.
* Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release deployments.

Collaboration & Delivery

* Work closely with the Salesforce Architect to ensure solutions align with
platform strategy and long‑term design principles.
* Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and end users to
clarify requirements and understand business workflows.
* Partner with QA teams to support testing cycles and resolve defects.
* Participate in sprint ceremonies and Agile delivery activities.

Learning, Growth & Business Knowledge

* Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning the asset management
business, its products, and its client engagement model.
* Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, recent features, and best
practices—especially in areas such as Flow automation, LWC, and platform AI
capabilities.
