Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Elicit and document business requirements and ensure alignment to business
outcomes and KPI’s
* Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting
documentation.
* Assist with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
* Support testing, UAT coordination, and defect triage.
* Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
* Assist with project documentation and meeting materials.




* Track action items and ensure follow-up with stakeholders.
* Develop subject matter expertise across client platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Background

* 6-8 years of business analysis, consulting, or technology experience.
* Robust analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
* Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management best
practices.
* Comfortable presenting to business and technology leaders
* Exposure to asset management, financial services, or capital markets
preferred
* Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science,
Engineering, or related field.
