About the Role
Tribhuvan College – Nalanda University Centre invites applications from dynamic, research-oriented and student-focused academicians for the position of Assistant Professor – Business Management & Sustainable Development .
The selected candidate will contribute to teaching, research, curriculum development, student mentoring and institutional academic initiatives, with a strong focus on the intersection of business, management, sustainability and responsible development .

Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Management, Management Studies and Sustainable Development .
Develop and deliver engaging, contemporary and industry-relevant lectures, case studies and learning activities.
Conduct research and publish quality research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
Develop research proposals and participate in funded research and consultancy projects.
Mentor students in academic projects, internships, research and career development.
Develop courses and academic content related to Sustainable Business, ESG, CSR, Business Ethics, Corporate Governance and SDGs .
Organise seminars, workshops, guest lectures, conferences and industry-academia interactions.
Develop collaborations with industry, research institutions, NGOs and other academic institutions.
Contribute to curriculum development, assessment and outcome-based education.
Participate in institutional quality assurance, accreditation and academic development initiatives.
Support the College’s vision of integrating knowledge, innovation, responsible leadership and sustainable development .

Eligibility
Master’s degree with at least 55% marks/equivalent grade in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Sustainable Development or a relevant discipline.
Ph.D. in Management, Business Administration, Sustainable Development or a related discipline is preferred/required as applicable under prevailing UGC and university norms.
NET/SLET/SET or equivalent qualification, wherever applicable.
Strong research profile and quality publications will be an advantage.
Relevant industry, consulting or academic experience will be preferred.
