Role Description

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Architect in Udupi to join a growing studio known for its curated, high-quality project portfolio. You'll develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed drawings, and coordinate design documentation across residential, commercial, and institutional work — collaborating directly with clients, consultants, and contractors from concept through site execution.



This is a chance to work alongside experienced industry professionals on projects that matter, with real ownership and room to grow.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in architectural design with the ability to translate concepts into functional, sustainable spaces. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar BIM tools, with familiarity in green building standards. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture;
licensure is a plus. Solid project management skills — planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Working knowledge of local building codes and construction practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and a client-first mindset. Ability to work on-site in Udupi and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
