About the Role

ZingHR is looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth across South India by acquiring large enterprise clients and building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new enterprise customer acquisition across South India.
- Manage complex, consultative B2B sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
- Engage with CHROs, CXOs, HR Heads, and senior business stakeholders.
- Identify business challenges and position ZingHR’s AI-powered HCM solutions.
- Lead enterprise negotiations, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Build robust relationships with large organizations and strategic accounts.
- Achieve revenue targets through structured pipeline management and solution-led selling.





What We’re Looking For

- 7–10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B SaaS, Consultative Sales, or Solution Selling.
- Experience in HCM, HRMS, HR Tech, or Enterprise SaaS is preferred.
- Candidates from enterprise consulting, digital transformation, ERP advisory, or technology solutions sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience selling to large organizations and engaging CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, enterprise negotiations, and new business acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and commercial negotiation skills.
