Zone IT Solutions is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support to our internal team. The role will involve managing laptops, software, Microsoft Intune, basic server setup, user access, and general IT troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune on company laptops and devices.
Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment for new and existing employees.
Perform basic laptop hardware checks, troubleshooting, and maintenance .
Install, configure, and update required software and applications .
Assist with server setup, configuration, and basic administration .
Manage user accounts, permissions, device access, and basic security settings.
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, network, printer, and other common IT issues.
Maintain IT asset records and ensure company devices are properly configured and secured.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
Maintain basic IT documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills
1+ years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / System Administration .
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and device management .
Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365,



and common business applications .
Basic understanding of servers, networking, Active Directory, and user management .
Experience with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
Good hardware troubleshooting and laptop configuration skills.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day IT support requirements.

Good to Have
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD .
Knowledge of endpoint security and device compliance.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Basic knowledge of backup, cybersecurity, and IT asset management.
