We are looking for an execution champ with 4–5 years of experience in corporate workspaces and renovations. If you know commercial construction, MEP coordination, and fit-out sequencing inside out.

Project Manager (Commercial Fit-Outs)
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Execution: Own the full project lifecycle from planning and site execution to final client handover.
Team Coordination: Manage architects, designers, MEP consultants, and subcontractors across concurrent sites.
Timeline & Quality: Run site inspections, enforce quality standards, and proactively fix delays to hit budgets and deadlines.
Client Interface: Lead progress reviews, handle project escalations, and ensure clean, snag-free handovers.

What We Are Looking For
Background:



4–5 years managing commercial interior fit-outs, renovations, or corporate workspace projects.
Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Core Expertise: Solid understanding of commercial construction methodology, MEP coordination, and fit-out sequencing.
Soft Skills: Sharp eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites under pressure.
