Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Drive revenue and achieve sales targets
- Develop new business and client relationships
- Manage sales pipeline and improve conversions
- Support the team in negotiation and deal closures
- Review team performance and drive productivity
- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead conversion
Must-Have
- 5+ years of Sales / Business Development experience
- Robust team management experience
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Robust negotiation, client handling, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
- Experience in Real Estate Sales
- Exposure to channel partners / brokers / property sales
- Knowledge of the Nagpur market
