About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented and customer-focused professionals to join our Real Estate Sales team as Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives.

The role will involve generating and managing leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable properties, conducting site visits, handling negotiations and converting prospects into bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-management skills, a good understanding of the local real estate market, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through various channels and actively build the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and investment objectives.
- Present and demonstrate residential/commercial properties based on customer requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate property/site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations and objections effectively.
- Convert qualified prospects into property bookings and sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Track leads, customer interactions, follow-ups and sales activities using CRM software.
- Stay updated on local real estate projects, market trends, pricing and competitor offerings.
- Achieve assigned monthly and periodic sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer records.
- Be willing to travel locally and work on weekends/holidays as required by business needs.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.




- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate Sales involving residential or commercial projects.
- Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, or Pharmaceuticals.
- Solid communication, interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market, projects and competitors.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct site visits and convert prospects into bookings.
- Strong negotiation, convincing and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for maintaining customer and sales records.
- Good presentation and property demonstration skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation and high energy levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales team.
- Willingness to travel locally and work on weekends/holidays, as required.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Priority will be given to candidates from Nagpur and the Vidarbha region.
