Experience: 6 months -2 years of experience handling customers over calls.

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid — initial 1-2 months will be completely office-based)

What you'll do:

We're looking for someone with a strong mindset who can manage end-to-end customer interactions over calls (Outbound & Inbound).

- Guide customers through processes, resolve queries, and ensure closure
- Ensure a consistently high customer satisfaction experience (CSAT)
- Coordinate with candidates, institutions, and past employers to gather required information




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Track cases, ensure timely follow-ups, and prevent delays
- Identify discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues proactively
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, data security, and compliance standards
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest actionable improvement.

What we're looking for:

- 6 months - 2 years of experience in Customer Support / Outbound process / Voice Process.
- Robust experience in handling customers through calls.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage process-driven work
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in high-volume or process-driven environments
