Title -Compliance Associate

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Role Overview

We are looking for a Compliance Associate to support the India Commercial Compliance function. The role will be responsible for supporting compliance program planning and execution, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, SOPs, and standards of conduct.

Key Responsibilities

- Support planning, development, and execution of compliance program requirements.
- Work closely with Business and cross-functional teams on marketing and medical events, including reviewing event proposals/requests against local Glenmark SOPs and policies.
- Support the Identification of compliance risks and potential areas of vulnerability and assist in developing corrective action plans.
- Assist in drafting, benchmarking, reviewing, and implementing compliance policies, processes, manuals, standards, and frameworks.
- Support the implementation of data analytics and technology solutions to simplify compliance processes and identify potential risks proactively.
- Prepare compelling presentations and conduct detailed data analysis using MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Support the development and execution of compliance communication and training programs.




- Assist in implementing various components of the Compliance framework.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive compliance and ethical matters with professionalism and integrity.

Education & Experience

- Master’s Degree / LLB / Certification in Risk Management, Audit, Ethics & Compliance.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Legal, or related areas.
- Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare laws, and compliance standards will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Understanding of pharmaceutical market practices and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of auditing, risk management, internal audit, legal, ethics, and compliance.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, databases, presentations, and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to organize and interpret large amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling sensitive compliance matters.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Important Note

This is a 1-year contractual/retainer position.
