Responsibilities

1. Overall responsibility for Blanking, Sorting (Checkmate & Manual), Pasting (Manual & Machine), and Double-Sided Tape Application processes.
2. Achieve daily and monthly productivity and quality targets.
3. Monitor machine utilization, target achievement (%), production efficiency, and manpower management.
4. Conduct new job trials for pasting processes as and when required.
5. Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues and assist the team as required. Analyze quality problems, identify the root cause, and implement appropriate corrective solutions.
6. Maintain quality standards in accordance with specifications, approved samples, and job requirements.
7. Ensure the approval process is properly followed and all quality records are accurately documented.
8. Ensure all agreed Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are properly implemented and followed.
9. Monitor production planning, job scheduling, manpower allocation, and shift-wise production tracking.
10. Monitor absenteeism and make necessary manpower adjustments to ensure production is not affected.
11. Coordinate with the Dispatch Team to ensure timely dispatch of ready materials, particularly for urgent customer requirements.
12. Allocate manpower based on attendance, job requirements, and workload,



while minimizing material and process wastage.
13. Maintain the required spare parts inventory and coordinate Preventive Maintenance activities with operators and the Maintenance Department. Report machine breakdowns through the prescribed process.
14. Maintain the minimum required inventory of production consumables.
15. Manage and monitor material movement within the finishing and production areas.
16. Ensure proper machine cleaning and daily Preventive Maintenance are carried out and documented.
17. Ensure compliance with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
18. Ensure all required safety measures are followed and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used whenever required.
