- Provide L2 network support for Juniper-based infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Firewall) N
- Handle advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and incident resolution N
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network setting N

n2. Key Responsibilities
NA. Network Operations & Support

- n
- Manage and support Juniper devices (MX, EX, QFX, SRX series) N
- Perform configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of routers/switches/firewalls N
- Handle L2 incidents, service requests, and problem tickets N
- Work with L1 for escalation and coordinate with L3 for complex issues [linkedin.Com] N

nB. Troubleshooting& Incident Management

- Perform advanced troubleshooting of network issues (routing, switching, firewall, VPN) N
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)



and implement corrective actions N
- Ensure incident resolution within SLA timelines N

nC. Configuration &Change; Management

- Implement networkconfiguration changes (VLAN, routing, subnetting, ACLs) N
- Execute standard changes as per CAB / SOP N
- Participate in firmwareupgrades, patching, and DR drills N

nD. Monitoring & Performance Optimization

- Monitor network using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG N
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize network throughput N
- Maintain uptime and network health N
