About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design Intern / Management Trainee (MT) to join our Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of Canva, an interest in visual communication, and basic skills in social media design and video editing.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, experiment with creative ideas, and develop their skills in graphic and digital design.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives using Canva.

Design graphics for events, campaigns, websites, and digital marketing activities.

Assist in creating presentations, brochures, company profiles, and other marketing collaterals.

Develop creative designs for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Perform basic video editing for social media reels and promotional content.

Convert content and design requirements into visually appealing creatives.

Make design modifications based on feedback.

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual identity.

Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Canva is essential.





Basic understanding of graphic design principles.

Knowledge of social media post design and visual content creation.

Basic video editing skills for reels and promotional videos.

Familiarity with Photoshop or other design tools will be an advantage.

Understanding of typography, color combinations, spacing, and alignment.

Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new design techniques.

Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

Freshers and candidates pursuing relevant courses are welcome to apply.

A portfolio or sample work showcasing Canva designs and creative projects is preferred.
