Role Description The Key Account Manager (D2C Brands) is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role manages strategic relationships with key D2C brand partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, assortment planning, and ongoing performance optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales and inventory, analyzing performance data, coordinating promotional campaigns, and aligning brand strategies with Crepdog Crew’s merchandising and marketing plans. The Key Account Manager also resolves partner issues,



coordinates with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance), and prepares regular business reviews and forecasts for assigned accounts.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to manage strategic brand relationships and drive growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities to interpret data, forecast performance, and create action plans.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality experience for brand partners and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or D2C brands is beneficial, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, and familiarity with CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
