We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our Finance & Accounts team and manage day-to-day accounting operations across our group entities.

Location: Mumbai – Work from Office
Experience: 5–8 Years
Salary: Up to 7 Lacs
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com | CA Inter preferred
Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets & Bank Reconciliation
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
Handle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with external accounting, audit and tax firms
Manage Accounts Receivable, collections and aging
Handle Accounts Payable and vendor reconciliations
Support payroll processing and statutory deductions
Coordinate Statutory, Internal, GST and Tax Audits




Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and Companies Act requirements
Review internal controls and improve accounting processes

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and Indian Accounting Standards
Experience with Tally Prime / Zoho Books or similar ERP
Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
Good understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes
Robust attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in SMEs, manufacturing, engineering, technology or consulting companies will be preferred.
