Customer Support Specialist Location: Noida
Salary: ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to handle customer queries through calls, messages, and emails.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp/messages, and emails
Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions
Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and delivery issues
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain a polite and professional approach
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of eyewear
Ability to handle customers professionally
Solid problem-solving skills
Patient and customer-friendly attitude
Prior customer support experience will be preferred
