About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Product & Technology to lead the transformation of a technology-enabled automotive aftermarket business into a scalable, product-led digital platform.

This is a senior leadership role combining Product, Software Engineering, Data & Catalog, and Technology Operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define the product and technology strategy and build digital capabilities that drive customer value, platform adoption, operational efficiency and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Platform Strategy

- Define and execute the product, data and technology strategy in partnership with the CEO and leadership team.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize investments based on customer and business outcomes.
- Build digital products and platform capabilities for workshops, suppliers and other ecosystem participants.

Product Leadership

- Build and lead a high-performing Product Management organization.
- Develop customer-centric products and services based on user insights and measurable business outcomes.
- Drive new digital offerings and ecosystem capabilities.

Data, Catalog & AI

- Own product catalog, search, fitment and parts-identification capabilities.
- Establish strong catalog management, data governance, analytics and business intelligence practices.
- Leverage data, automation and AI to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and decision-making.

Technology & Engineering

- Build and lead a high-performing Software Engineering organization.
- Own technology architecture, engineering standards and development practices.
- Build scalable, reliable and secure technology platforms capable of supporting rapid business growth.
- Use contemporary engineering, automation and AI capabilities to accelerate innovation and execution.

Organizational Leadership





- Build leadership capabilities across Product, Data, Engineering and Technology Operations.
- Establish strong planning, prioritization and execution mechanisms.
- Drive organizational scaling, talent development and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years of experience across Product, Technology, Software Engineering or digital platform leadership.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience with ownership of large or multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience leading across Product Management, Engineering, Data and Technology Operations.
- Proven experience building and scaling customer-centric digital products or platforms in high-growth, technology-driven businesses.
- Strong understanding of product data, catalogs, search, analytics and data-driven business models.
- Ability to translate business strategy and customer needs into product and technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with CEO/executive leadership teams.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following would be valuable:

- Automotive / automotive aftermarket / AutoTech
- B2B digital platforms or marketplaces
- E-commerce or high-volume transaction platforms
- Complex product catalog, search or product-data environments
- Building Product Management and Data organizations from the ground up
- Business transformation, innovation and organizational scaling
