Role: Assistant Manager / Manager – Quality** **Location:** Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, India **Experience:** 8+ Years **Salary:** ₹9–12 LPA **Industry:** Automotive / High-Precision Manufacturing **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and maintain **QMS** in compliance with **IATF 16949 & ISO 9001**. * Plan and conduct **Internal, External, Customer & Certification Audits**. * Manage **Quality Core Tools – APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA & SPC**. * Act as **Management Representative (MR)** for customer and certification audits. * Drive **8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, CAPA & RCA** for quality issues. * Monitor **Quality KPIs – Scrap, COPQ, NCs & FPY** and drive continuous improvement. * Ensure **Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR)** and statutory/regulatory compliance. * Control **Quality Manuals, SOPs,



Work Instructions and QMS documentation**. * Conduct training on **IATF 16949, audit readiness and Quality Core Tools**. **Must-Have Skills:** * 10+ years of experience in **Quality Management / QMS / Automotive Manufacturing**. * Strong hands-on knowledge of **IATF 16949 & ISO 9001**. * Expertise in **APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC & Control Plan**. * Strong **Audit Management, RCA, 8D & CAPA** experience. * **IATF 16949 Internal / Lead Auditor certification preferred**. * Robust **Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR)** and cross-functional leadership experience. *Interested Candidates kindly share your CVs at: [email protected]
