1) Ensuring Delivery of Goods of to their respective customers on time.

2) To keep a check of all office premises/ pantry /wash rooms etc. and see that they are kept in valuable and proper condition.

3) Responsible for all bank related outdoor work.

4) Responsible for all office filling & administrative work.

5) To provide stock statements to Head Office on a weekly basis.

6) To Co-ordinate with doctors for payment follow-up and send a regular statement to the Head Office every week.

7) Packing Medical Material as per company protocol...there are glass bottles to be packed and delivered in cold condition, hence packing has to be perfect.

8) To pick-up material and drop - to/from the airport and courier collection.

9) Assisting the Manager/s in delivery,



stock keeping & Courier collection, etc.

10) Payment Collection from various customers/centers, etc.

11) Any other assignment as told to you from time to time.
