● Provide in office support for POS, hardware, software, and networking issues.

● Install and configure POS machines, switches, routers, printers, laptops, desktops, and

peripherals.

● Install Windows OS and troubleshoot basic Windows/Linux issues.

● Troubleshoot printers, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, and other POS

peripherals.

● Diagnose hardware, software, network, connectivity, and power-related issues.

● Perform basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, and network troubleshooting.

● Lay, crimp, terminate, and patch Ethernet/network cables.

● Test systems after installation or repair.

● Respond to service requests and coordinate with internal teams when required.

● Maintain service records and complete assigned requests within timelines.

● Travel to client locations as required
