Job Title: CNC Lathe Machine Operator & Programmer

Responsibilities:

Operate, set and program CNC lathe/turning machines.

Prepare and edit G-code/M-code programs.

Read engineering drawings and maintain required dimensions/tolerances.

Select cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.

Perform turning, facing, drilling, boring, grooving and threading operations.

Inspect components using Vernier, micrometer and other measuring instruments.

Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle time, tools and quality.

Maintain production and quality records and follow safety procedures.

Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die with relevant CNC turning experience.
