We are looking for a dedicated Import Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate must have 1 to 4 years of relevant experience and should have completed at least the 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Import Documentation: Prepare and verify all import documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Coordinate with Suppliers: Communicate with international suppliers to confirm orders, track shipment statuses, and resolve any outstanding issues that may arise during shipping.

- Customs Clearance: Work closely with customs brokers to ensure that all goods are cleared through customs efficiently, complying with all import regulations and tariffs.

- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all import transactions and maintain a database of suppliers and relevant documents for easy access and review.

- Monitor Shipments: Track shipments and report on their status to ensure timely delivery, addressing any problems that might delay the arrival of goods.

- Report Preparation:



Prepare and submit regular reports about import activities and performance metrics to management for evaluation.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess solid organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities in English and local languages are essential for effective coordination with suppliers and customs officials.
