Job Description - POSH Trainer / Software Demo Trainer

Job Role: POSH Trainer & Software Demo Executive

Job Responsibilities:

* Visit companies and conduct POSH awareness and training sessions.

* Demonstrate our POSH Software to HR teams and Internal Committee (IC) members.

* Explain the software's features, benefits and usage in a straightforward and professional manner.

* Give live demos and answer basic queries related to the software and POSH compliance.

* Coordinate with the company/HR team for software demonstrations and follow-ups.

* Build professional relationships with HRs and corporate clients.

Requirements:

* Good knowledge of POSH Act & workplace harassment awareness.

* Good communication and presentation skills.

* Comfortable with corporate meetings and client visits.





* Basic computer/software knowledge.

* Previous experience as a POSH Trainer / HR Trainer / Corporate Trainer will be preferred.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos.
