Job Description - Service Executive (Female)

Location: Dindoli, Surat

Experience: 2-3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide software support from the office.

Conduct software demos and training for customers.

Provide solutions to customer complaints and technical issues.

Manage after-sales service and customer follow-ups.

Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer problems.

Explain basic accounting features and software processes.

Handle customer support through phone calls, WhatsApp, and remote assistance.

Maintain daily service reports and customer records.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic accounting knowledge is required.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.





Basic computer and software knowledge.

Valuable problem-solving and query-resolution abilities.

Ability to conduct product demos and customer training.

Previous experience in customer service, software support, or after-sales service preferred.

Professional and polite communication with customers.
