We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Thane, India. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers or those who have completed at least the 10th grade. Ideal candidates should be prepared to communicate effectively in Marathi, Hindi, or basic English.

As a Tele Caller, your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to customers to provide information about our services, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. You will be expected to answer customer queries and handle objections in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, enabling them to interact confidently with customers. Familiarity with Marathi and Hindi is preferred. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are critical, as immediate joining is encouraged.

In this role, you will be expected to work from the office in Thane and will not be required to travel for fieldwork.
