We are looking for a Bank Operation Executive to join our team in Agra, India. This role requires a dedicated individual with 2 to 4 years of experience in banking operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective banking functions.

2–5 Years (Ex-CASA Sales, Banking DSA, or CA *Firm Operations Executives preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Account Management: Handle customer accounts, ensuring accuracy in transactions and record-keeping while providing support for account-related queries.

- Transaction Processing: Oversee and process various banking transactions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers.

- Data Entry and Reporting: Carry out data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management review, contributing to operational efficiency.

- Collaboration with Teams:



Work collaboratively with other departments to improve workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess a graduate degree and have relevant experience in banking operations, demonstrating solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
