- Knows the difference between "fun" and "financial mis-selling" N
- Reads brand tone like astrology signs — but also reads SEBI/RBI guidelines like the Bhagavad Gita N
- Can turn "we need this in 1 hour, and it needs a disclaimer" into "done, check your mail" N

- Understand brand identity, tone, target audience, and category nuances (banking ≠ mutual funds ≠ insurance ≠ fintech) N
- Ensure every line feelson-brand, on-tone, and audit-safe N
