Job Summary
Your role is to bring SMB advertisers onto JioHotstar Ads at scale through reseller partnerships. This is a 0-1 role where you will find the right partners, agree on commercial terms and onboard them, with the goal of bringing 1000s of SMB advertisers to JioHotstar.
Partner types include social and commerce platforms, local search and listings platforms, long-tail digital agencies, and platforms SMBs already use to run their business.

About the team
The Partnerships team builds low-touch ways for SMBs to advertise on JioHotstar at scale, through our self-serve platform and custom integrations with large partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard and grow relationships with key partners across agencies, SaaS, commerce and other SMB ecosystems.
- Drive advertiser acquisition and revenue for JioHotstar Ads via partnerships
- Build and execute joint GTM plans with partners.
- Own key business metrics including: pipeline generation, advertiser acquisition, partner-sourced revenue
- Partner enablement through sales training, playbooks,



GTM collaterals and performance reviews.
- Own partner relationships end-to-end, from outreach and onboarding to scaled execution.
- Work closely with cross functional teams (Self Serve, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
- Analyze business performance, derive insights and continuously optimize the charter.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and represent JioHotstar with strategic partners.
