n2 Positions – Statutory Audit
nThe role involves statutory audits of companies across diverse sectors, with exposure to financial reporting, accounting and auditing matters.
nKey responsibilities include:

- n
- Statutory audits of companiesn
- Application of Accounting Standards / Ind AS, Schedule III and Standards on Auditingn
- Review and analysis of financial statementsn
- Identification and evaluation of accounting and audit issuesn
- Preparation and review of audit documentation and deliverablesn
- Interaction with client finance teams and senior managementn

nNature of work: Primarily field-based, involving travel across Delhi NCR and, where required, other locations across India.
nWe are open to applications from freshly qualified CAs as well as candidates with relevant post-qualification experience.

n2 Positions – Direct Tax | Compliance & Advisory
nThe role involves a mix of income-tax compliance, advisory, tax audits and assessment-related matters.
nKey responsibilities include:

- Preparation and review of income-tax computations and returnsn
- Assistance in tax audit assignmentsn
- Support in scrutiny assessments and appellate proceedingsn
- Research on provisions of the Income-tax Act and recent judicial pronouncementsn
- Analysis of financial statements from a direct-tax perspectiven
- Providing advisory support on direct-tax mattersn

nNature of work: Primarily office-based / desk-oriented, with exposure to diverse direct-tax assignments.
nWe are looking for:
