Our clients include Columbia University, NASA, and many other prestigious organizations. We are currently seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic Accounting and Payroll team in our Bangalore office. This position will support the Finance and Accounting Team in handling day-to-day accounting processes, assisting in financial reporting, and providing crucial support for budgeting and financial analysis. The role works exclusively out of the Bangalore office.
nResponsibilities:

- Invoice entry and project costingn
- Recording payment transactions and managing accounts payable/receivablen
- Credit card analysis and entriesn
- Expense reporting and reconciliationn
- Responding to vendor and subcontractor inquiries regarding payments and invoicesn




- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets,n

nand cash flow statements

- Assist in month-end and year-end close processesn
- Prepare regular financial reports for management, providing analysis and recommendationsn

- Liaise with Insurance Broker and Carriern
- Coordinate audits for General Liability and Workers Compensation insurancen
- Oversee and track Workers Compensation claimsn
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processesn
