nTata Electronics is seeking an experienced Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive HR digital transformation, SAP SuccessFactors strategy, SAP BTP innovation, system implementation, enhancements and support across a large manufacturing enterprise.

n10+ Years Overall HR Technology Experience with 8+ Years in SAP SuccessFactors
nRequired Qualifications

- 10+ years overall HR/HCM experiencen
- 8+ years SAP SuccessFactors experiencen
- Experience leading global deployments supporting 25,000+ employeesn
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experiencen

nSAP Certifications (Mandatory)

- SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Centraln
- Additional certifications in LMS, PMGM, Recruiting or Compensation preferredn
- SAP BTP / Integration Suite certification preferredn

nIndustry Experience
nManufacturing, Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive, Industrial Engineering or similar large-scale industries.
nSAP BTP Experience
nExperience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Build Apps, Build Process Automation, API Management and AI capabilities.
