Job DescriptionCloudmesh Technologies is looking for a confident and result-orientated sales professional to support customer outreach, lead generation, and business development for our cloud technology services.

nAbout the Role
nThe selected candidate will connect with prospective business customers, understand their IT and cloud requirements, introduce relevant Cloudmesh solutions, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the cloud consulting and sales teams.
nThis is a customer-facing inside-sales role focused on cloud infrastructure, migration, managed services, security, optimisation, and technical support solutions.

- Make outbound calls to prospective business customersn
- Generate and qualify leads for cloud technology servicesn
- Identify customer requirements related to cloud infrastructure, migration, security, backup,



managed services, and cost optimisationn
- Introduce Cloudmesh Technologies and explain its cloud solutions clearlyn
- Engage with business owners, IT managers, decision-makers, and technology teamsn
- Follow up with prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsAppn
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the cloud consulting and sales teamsn
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, responses, and follow-up activitiesn
- Update lead information in CRM or Excel trackersn
- Support sales campaigns for Microsoft Azure, cloud migration, managed infrastructure, cybersecurity, backup, and optimisation servicesn
- Achieve assigned targets for calls, qualified leads, and customer meetingsn
