Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database provided.

Explain real estate projects, amenities, pricing, and location details clearly and persuasively.

Schedule site visits or follow-up calls for interested clients.

Maintain and update client records and call logs.

Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or objections professionally.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for seamless client follow-ups.
