Title: Senior Sales Executive Work Location: Chennai Lindstrom Services India Private Limited Job Summary The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong focus on direct B2B sales, customer engagement, and market development, along with the ability to build long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recent Business Acquisition - Identify and target potential B2B customers within the assigned geography - Generate and qualify leads through market mapping, networking, and industry engagement - Drive end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, solution presentations, and deal closure - Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets 2. Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Plant Managers, Procurement Heads,



and Business Owners - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution - Strengthen client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships 3. Account Growth & Retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing accounts - Drive account expansion by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly - Monitor customer health and take proactive actions to ensure retention 4. Market Intelligence & Business Insights - Stay informed on industry trends, customer expectations, and competitor activities - Gather and share market insights to support product, pricing, and service improvements - Contribute to identifying new market opportunities and business segments 5.
