We're looking for passionate Solutions Design Analysts to join our growing team in India. This role is ideal for professionals with a Business Analyst mindset who enjoy analyzing complex clinical trial requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and translating business needs into effective technology solutions.

If you have a background in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Healthcare Technology, or Business Analysis, along with experience in eCOA, ePRO, IRT/RTSM, eConsent, or other clinical technologies, you'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between clinical study requirements and system design. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient, site,



and sponsor experiences while helping bring innovative therapies to market faster.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the primary liaison between sponsors, project teams, and technical stakeholders to analyze, document, and translate clinical trial requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and discovery sessions to understand protocol objectives, study workflows, and operational needs.
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end Solutions Design process, ensuring clinical protocols are accurately translated into system specifications and configurations.
- Produce clear business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and design
