nAt PanScience, we're building ventures, products, and AI-native businesses from the ground up. We're looking for someone who can build the commercial engine behind those ventures. This isn't a role for someone who simply manages a sales pipeline.

nYou'll define GTM strategies, open enterprise relationships, close strategic deals, hire and mentor teams, and build repeatable revenue systems across multiple businesses. One month you might be selling an AI transformation engagement to a Fortune 500 company. The next, you'll be launching the GTM motion for a recent SaaS product or helping a portfolio company scale enterprise sales. If you enjoy creating systems from scratch, thrive in ambiguity, and want to build businesses—not just sell into them—you'll fit right in.

nWhat You'll Do

n1. Build Revenue

- Own revenue targets across PanScience and portfolio venturesn
- Develop and execute enterprise GTM strategiesn
- Build predictable outbound, inbound, and partner-led sales enginesn
- Identify new markets,



customer segments, and commercial opportunitiesn
- Drive revenue growth from first conversations to signed contractsn

n2. Lead Enterprise Sales

- Build relationships with CXOs, founders, investors, and enterprise decision-makersn
- Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesn
- Lead discovery, solutioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closuren
- Work closely with founders to craft proposals and commercial strategiesn
- Create long-term strategic partnershipsn

n3. Build Sales Systems

- Design scalable sales processes and playbooksn
- Build and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline managementn
- Own CRM, reporting, and sales analyticsn
- Continuously improve messaging, positioning, and conversion ratesn
- Leverage AI across prospecting, research, outreach, and sales operationsn
