nResponsibilities

- n
- Manage and support Windows & Mac endpoints.n
- Install, configure, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, & peripheral devices.n
- Perform OS installations, upgrades, patching, and system maintenance.n
- Ensure endpoint security compliance and policy adherence.n
- Provide L2 support for end-user computing issues.n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.n
- Coordinate with L3 Customer teams for issue resolution.n
- Deploy software packages, updates, and security patches.n
- Monitor endpoint health and compliance.n
- Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge articles.n
- Generate operational reports and dashboards.n
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and assets.n




- Proven experience as an End User Computing (EUC) Administrator.n
- Valuable at managing, supporting, and maintaining end-user devices, workplace technologies, and related infrastructure to ensure seamless IT services for business users.n
- Hands-on experience in desktop/laptop administration, software deployment, asset management, user support, security compliance, and endpoint management.n
- Familiarity with Endpoint Management & automation.n
- Support M365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, & Office apps.n
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and access requests.n
- Assist with mailbox and collaboration tool troubleshooting.n
