Company Overview

Morari Commercial Pvt. Ltd. is setting up a greenfield copper Continuous Casting & Rolling (CCR) manufacturing project focused on high-quality copper rod production for the power, cable, electrical, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

The company is promoted by an experienced business group with existing industry relationships and a long-term vision of building a professionally managed, technology-driven, scalable manufacturing organization.

The company is seeking a energetic and execution-oriented CEO who can lead the project from mid-setup stage to stabilization and scale-up.

Role Summary

The CEO will be responsible for:
• Setting up and operationalizing the greenfield CCR plant
• Building leadership and operational teams from scratch
• Establishing systems, SOPs, and organizational structure
• Driving commercial,



operational, and strategic execution
• Creating a scalable and process-driven manufacturing culture

The role requires a highly entrepreneurial manufacturing leader with strong execution capabilities and prior experience in building or scaling industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Greenfield Project Leadership
• Lead the complete execution and operationalization of the copper CCR project.
• Coordinate with project consultants, machinery suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely commissioning and stabilization of plant operations.
• Establish operational readiness before commercial production.

2. Team Building & Talent Acquisition
• Build the organization structure from ground zero.
• Hire key leadership personnel across production, maintenance, quality, procurement, finance, HR, commercial, and logistics.
• Develop strong second-line leadership and succession plannin
