Google Ads Specialist

About the Role

We're looking
for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and
scale paid campaigns. You'll own campaign performance across Google Ads and use
data, experimentation, and strong tracking fundamentals to drive qualified
leads, conversions, and efficient ROAS.

What You'll Do

· Plan and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand
Gen, and Remarketing campaigns.

· Research keywords and audiences and build campaign structures
aligned with business goals and customer journeys.

· Manage budgets, bids, targeting, search terms, and negative keywords
to improve efficiency.

· Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, Quality
Score, CPL, and CPO.

· Run A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, creatives, and bidding
strategies.

· Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager,
GA4, and Google Ads.

· Analyze attribution and conversion paths and turn performance data
into actionable insights and dashboards.

· Partner with design, content,



and development teams on landing-page
and CRO improvements.

· Track competitors, platform changes, automation features, and new
growth opportunities.

Must-Have

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a
related field.

· 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

· Robust understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube
Ads, and Remarketing.

· Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis.

Good to Have

· Google Ads certifications.

· Experience with CRM integrations and lead-management systems.

· Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹10 lakhs+ or equivalent.

· Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Hotjar, or similar
tools.

· Experience using AI tools such as Claude for analysis, execution,
and autom
