Job Title: Performance Marketer – Textile Industry

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for textile products.

Analyze customer behavior, sales funnels, and conversion rates to improve ROI.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives tailored to the textile/fashion audience.

Use A/B testing to improve ad performance and landing pages.

Monitor campaign budgets and manage spend across multiple platforms.

Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Work with the e-commerce, sales, and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with product availability and trends.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends and the latest in textile/fashion marketing tactics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the textile, apparel, or fashion sectors.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.

Solid understanding of consumer behavior and digital sales funnels.

Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
