Position Overview

Modutec Ready Panels Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly capable and strategically driven Vice President – Operations to lead and integrate the complete Enquiry-to-Execution value chain across our modular electrical enclosure systems business.

This role demands a leader who combines robust manufacturing and operational expertise with systems thinking, people leadership, process discipline and execution excellence.

The VP – Operations will be responsible for ensuring that Modutec delivers:

The role requires close coordination with Design, R&D;, SCM, Manufacturing, Stores, PPC, Maintenance and Logistics functions to create a unified, efficient and future-ready operational ecosystem.

1. Order Kick-Off & Cross Functional Alignment

● Lead the operational execution process immediately upon receipt of confirmed customer orders.

● Ensure structured Design Review Meetings (DRM) are conducted involving all relevant cross-functional teams.
