As we scale, we are expanding our ecosystem of technology partners, event vendors, professional service providers, and other business partners. We are looking for a Procurement Manager who can establish a structured procurement function, strengthen vendor partnerships, and ensure that GreyLabs receives the right quality, service, and commercial value from every engagement.
The Role
This is a current role at GreyLabs AI, offering an opportunity to build and shape the company’s procurement and vendor-management practices from the ground up.




You will manage the complete procurement lifecycle from understanding business requirements and negotiating commercials, coordinating onboarding, monitoring performance, and managing renewals. You will partner closely with Finance,,Information Security, Marketing, Technology, People, and Business teams.
This role requires someone who combines strong commercial judgement with relationship-building ability and operational discipline. We are looking for a hands-on professional who can negotiate effectively while building credible, long-term partnerships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic sourcing and procurement
- Own procurement across technology solutions, SaaS tools, cloud and IT services, event partners, marketing agencies, consultants, and other service providers.
