- Internal & External audit coordination and resolution
- Leakage control (Freelook & cancellations)
- Process improvement and efficiency initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Exposure to policy issuance, MIS, audits, or bank coordination is desirable
Skills Required
- Solid understanding of operations & SLA management
- Good analytical and MIS handling skills (Excel proficiency preferred)
- Effective communication & stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail with high data accuracy and confidentiality
- Problem?solving mindset with focus on process improvement
- Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple priorities
