nKey Responsibilities
n
- n




- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Product Configuration and Sales Order Management. n
- Configure and support Oracle JDE World Product Configuration modules. n
- Manage Sales Order lifecycle including order entry, fulfillment, pricing, and invoicing. n
- Perform fit-gap analysis and provide functional solutions aligned with business requirements. n
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders. n
- Support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS engagements. n
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), process flows, and test scenarios. n
- Conduct SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities. n
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements. n
- Ensure smooth integration with Inventory, Procurement, and Distribution processes n
